ouraybrewery.jpgCheck out one of our latest completed web projects, the Ouray Brewery.  The client wanted to go with something that was rustic, fun, and representative of Ouray.  The brewery doesn’t open until this summer sometime, so we’ll be able to add more pictures and content then.  This site was built on the WordPress engine.

We are currently wrapping up the redesign of the Ouray Mountain Sports site.  The client pretty much gave us full creative control and this is what we came up with.  We are very proud of how it came together.  Before long we’ll be adding and Interspire Shopping Cart to the site so that clients can purchase items online.

You can click here to view the Ouray Mountain Sports website.

New Website for Caliber Hospitality

Tuesday, December 22nd, 2009

caliber.jpg I recently finished a website for Caliber Hospitality.  This site had been designed by another designer, and was brought to me to build.  The client was interested in using WordPress as a content management solution.  At first I wasn’t sure if we could get the slider functionality to play nicely with WordPress.  Whenever  you start adding different JavaScript based tricks/features, you run the risk of one of them breaking the other one.  I found a way to get them to play nicely and the end result of the site came out to be a success.

Crossfit T-shirt Design (Front)

Wednesday, September 16th, 2009

[SinglePic not found]This is a T-shirt we designed for Cross-fitters and will be available for sale soon.  It was quite a lot of work getting this image the way I wanted it.  I spent days working and re-working it until I was happy with it.  After that, I learned that some of the grays wouldn’t print, so I had to rework it a little more even.  It was worth it though as I’m happy with the end result.  The main subjects are a bit centered in this view, but most of the side will be cropped off on a T-shirt and so it will be a bit of a tighter view on the shirt.

WordPress blog sites

Monday, September 22nd, 2008

Visual Adventures has been creating websites using WordPress (wordpress.org) both for blogging and as a content management system for regular pages.  This software is wonderful as it gives you the ability to blog and manage your web pages without having to learn two different pieces of software.  There are lot’s of great plug-ins that go along with WordPress enabling you to do lots of cool tricks.  The Visual Adventures web site has recently been integrated into WordPress along with some of these other sites that we’ve built lately.
