This was a very interesting and exciting project to be part of.  Not only is the church beautiful, but it’s also so iconic being in the center of Denver.  Working with Summit Sealants has also always been a pleasure.

Jay Karst of Nomad Image did much of the aerial footage in this piece, although we did some as well.  Two drones were used to hang ropes on the church steeple.  One to drop the rope, and one for visual guidance.

Fun Facts

  • The Cathedral houses the largest collection of stained glass in North America
  • Over 1 million dollars of scaffolding was used.
  • The scaffolding is 200′ tall.
  • The scaffolding is self supported and does not rest on the building structure.

We’ll be coming out with a short version of the film soon!
