This winter I had the exciting opportunity to work with a crew from PBS on a science show about ice. Not only did I get to do some filming, but I also appeared in front of the camera as well. I’m in the clip where the guy is climbing with the bright green helmet as well as on the video cover image in the orange jacket.
It was a fantastic time meeting and spending time with Michael and Katie Werner, the videographers, as well as performing with my all start cast of friends, Charlie Faust, Carley Ewert and Zander Bianchi. The routes we were climbing were first ascents for the season which made them especially fun as they hadn’t been picked out by the masses yet.

Several of my video clips made the cut. I got at least one FPV drone clip in there flying under the penstock and the close-up shot of Charlie climbing a pillar I also got while hanging over the edge on a rope.

I hope you enjoy watching the video as much as I did partaking in the making!
