This was a very interesting and exciting project to be part of. Â Not only is the church beautiful, but it’s also so iconic being in the center of Denver. Â Working with Summit Sealants has also always been a pleasure.
Jay Karst of Nomad Image did much of the aerial footage in this piece, although we did some as well. Â Two drones were used to hang ropes on the church steeple. Â One to drop the rope, and one for visual guidance.
Fun Facts
- The Cathedral houses the largest collection of stained glass in North America
- Over 1 million dollars of scaffolding was used.
- The scaffolding is 200′ tall.
- The scaffolding is self supported and does not rest on the building structure.
